Saturday - Revere, MA, USA Curriculum

Our An-Nur saturday school is a part of T.I.E.S. (The Islamic Education Schools) and was established to resolve the dilemma concerned Muslim parents were facing in providing their children with a strong academic background, yet protecting them from the public school environment in which Muslim children might be exposed to influences seriously threatening their proper moral development.

The goal of T.I.E.S. is to teach Muslim children what will enable them to be successful in this world and in the Hereafter.

GENERAL INFORMATION

An-Nur school is an Islamic saturday day school located at our Musalla. An-Nur school is a part of an International School System and is modeled after other AICP of North America. schools which have histories of achieving tremendous success in' educating children.

STAFF

Staff members represent a diverse group of highly qualified, experienced and professional Muslim men and women who are committed to quality education. Staff members are chosen for their knowledge of the Essentials of Belief of Al-Islam, professional credentials and experiences, as well as, their ability to relate to and teach children

CALENDAR

The school year begins in September and end in June. There are three vacations scheduled during the •year, two of which coincide with important events in the Islamic Calendar.
